News regarding program changes, course offerings as well as postings for jobs and co-op positions will be
listed here for the time being. Be sure to check this site from time to time.
Program News:
- PHY 224 is no longer required - you may choose between PHY 224 and PHY 222
- As of winter 2009, the ET 100 requirement has changed. This DOES NOT affect those of you who have already taken ET 100.
- New Requirement - ET 100 Introduction to Engineering Technology (2 cr) AND ET 101 Introduction to Engineering Technology Computing (1 cr). You must be in or have taken MATH 104 or higher. So if you are currently in MATH 105, you meet this co-prerequisite.
- If you are experiencing trouble registering for either ET 100 or ET 101, please email mbrake@emich.edu.
- Introduction to Alternative Energy, ET 179, is being offered winter 2010 on Thursday nights. There are no prerequisites.
Course News:
- If you are a senior and would like to graduate in May or Spring or Summer and have NOT done a co-op, please contact Prof. Brake as soon as possible.
- Starting winter 2010, all junior level courses (300 level) will be offered on Mondays and Wednesdays and all senior level courses (400 level) will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
